Return Period

Products that have been used or intentionally damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

Certain natural products such as Rudraksha beads may have natural variations, which are not considered defects.

Damaged Items If you receive a damaged bracelet or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or damaged.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
